2. On the Homepage: Click the "Login/Register" button, located on the right, at the header. This will take you to the registration page specifically for vendors and manufacturers.

3. Fill Out the Registration Form: You will be prompted to enter the following details:
- Company Information: Name, address, and business contact details. - Primary Contact Information: Name, email, and phone number of the main representative handling the account.

- Product Categories: Indicate the types of products your company manufactures (e.g., pharmaceuticals, mobility aids, diagnostic tools, wellness products).

4. Agree to Terms and Conditions: Review and accept the vendor agreement, which outlines responsibilities, fees, and platform policies.

5. Submit Application: After completing the form, click "Submit." First Medtrade will review your application.

To ensure a smooth registration process, you will need the following:

- Business License or Registration: Proof of your company’s legal operation.
- Tax ID/VAT Number: For taxation and invoicing purposes.
- Product Certification: Depending on the product type, you may be required to submit certifications or compliance documents (e.g., ISOs - 9001, 13485, 14001, SON, NAFDAC, FDA or CE certifications for medical devices).
- Banking Information: For payout purposes, provide your business’s banking details.
- Company Logo and Product Images: High-resolution images of your products and your company logo to be featured on the platform.

Important Notes: To obtain NAFDAC certification for your product, visit https://nafdac.gov.ng/our-services/product-registrationevaluation/ You will need to sign up and create an account to proceed with registration. Register new product(s) under these categories: Food, Drug and Medical devices, Herbal and Cosmetics, Vaccines and Biologics, Chemicals, Narcotics, and Veterinary.

First Medtrade is an e-commerce medical marketplace that connects manufacturers, suppliers, and local vendors of medical products with healthcare providers, caregivers, and individual customers. By signing up as a manufacturer, you can:

After submitting your application, First Medtrade will review your details. This review process typically takes between 3 to 5 business days, depending on the volume of applications and whether additional information is needed.

Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to set up your manufacturer’s account and start listing products.

Once your account is approved:
1. Log In: Use the credentials provided to access the manufacturer dashboard.
2. Set Up Your Profile: Complete your manufacturer profile, including a company bio, contact details, and links to your official website or social media (if applicable).
3. Upload Product Listings: Begin uploading product details, including descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and stock availability.
4. Set Shipping and Return Policies: Customize your shipping options, delivery times, and return policies specific to your products.
5. Start Selling: Once your products are live, customers can browse and purchase from your listings.

There is no upfront cost to sign up as a manufacturer on First Medtrade. However, once your products are live on the platform, First Medtrade applies a commission on sales. The specific commission rate will be detailed in the vendor agreement during the sign-up process.

Additional fees may apply for optional services such as premium product placement or advertising within the marketplace.

Yes, manufacturers can update their company information, banking details, and other profile settings at any time through the vendor dashboard. Simply log in, navigate to the settings page, and make the necessary changes. Please note that changes to banking information may require additional verification to ensure security.

Setting up a shop on First MedTrade is quite easy. Create an account (if you don’t already have one) by clicking on the login/register button at the top right header. Select register and fill in your email address and preferred password.

Select ‘I am a customer’ or ‘I am a vendor’ depending on your reason for registering. Click the register button to set up your shop.

A verification link will be sent to your email for confirmation. Click on the link to complete your registration by filling in the following fields: location, choose a shop name, create a listing, set a payment method (how you want to be paid).
